The Community Helpline is your hotline to the city administration. Dial 115 to find answers to questions such as: Who is responsible? Which documents do I need to bring with me? What are the administrations opening hours?

Administrative procedures without waiting time
For the two Civil Service Centres “Marktplatz 1” and “Am Stadion 6” you can schedules appointments directly by calling the Community Helpline at 115.
Contacts for almost any question
The employees at the Community Helpline are happy to answer your questions. They provide information inter alia on the following topics:
- Competent authority
- Opening hours
- Documents to bring along with you
- Type of application and application forms
- Fees
- Legal bases
If our employees cannot help you off the spot we will find the answer for your and call you back. If necessary, your request will be filed and you will receive an answer from the respective competent authority.
Technical and case-related questions will be answered by the competent contacts at the offices you were liaised to.
Requests and suggestions, but also criticism, will be forwarded by the employees to the right place.
Together with the Stadtwerke (municipal works)
The Community Helpline is operated by both civil administration and the municipal works. Together we have created information workstations, trained employees, solved technical issues and set up a database for mutual use. The project is thus a “Shared Service” project that has proven to be tangible and a result of improvements in the consolidated city. This is initially intended as a trial run and we will soon evaluate the effects.
